The Owner wishes to retain the services of a qualified Roofing Contractor to work with the Owner, its Consultant (Rimkus) to successfully complete the project. The contractor is to provide all labour, material and equipment to remove, supply and install all necessary membrane roofing systems and complete all carpentry, metal flashings including related works.
