Summary:
MenschForce LLC is hiring a Sr. Financial Process Analyst for the EnergyKarma project, a blockchain-driven energy trading platform powered by Sonicorn. This role requires a strong background in financial systems and process optimization to design and implement secure, compliant financial workflows utilizing advanced technologies such as IoT, AI, Blockchain, and RPA.Responsibilities:

• Financial Process Analysis:
  • Analyze existing financial processes for energy trading, token transactions, and financial management.
  • Identify areas for optimization and process improvement to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• System Design and Implementation:
  • Design financial processes that integrate seamlessly with EnergyKarma’s digital platform.
  • Ensure systems support transparent transactions using Blockchain technology.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate with financial stakeholders, technical teams, and management to validate financial requirements.
  • Conduct meetings to align financial processes with business goals.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  • Document financial workflows, user stories, and use cases.
  • Generate financial reports and dashboards to monitor performance.
• Compliance and Regulatory Standards:
  • Ensure financial processes meet regulatory standards and maintain detailed audit trails.
  • Prepare for and support regulatory audits as necessary.
• Testing and Validation:
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate financial process accuracy and compliance.
  • Participate in system testing and support user acceptance testing.
• Training and Support:
  • Prepare user manuals and training materials, conducting training sessions for end-users.
• System Compatibility and Design:
  • Conduct peer reviews to ensure compatibility and align with system infrastructure.
  • Develop architecture blueprints, including service-oriented and microservices strategies.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure appropriate design solutions and system integrations.

Technologies and Tools:

• Blockchain for secure and transparent transactions and token management
• IoT for real-time data collection on energy production and usage
• AI for predictive analytics and process optimization
• RPA for automating financial tasks (billing, invoicing, reporting)
• ERP Systems for comprehensive financial management
• Data Analytics Tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) for data analysis
• Dashboard/Reporting Tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for financial reporting

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Financial Process Analyst, ideally in energy or financial services.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in financial modeling, process documentation, and ERP systems integration.
  • Knowledge of Blockchain applications in finance, with experience in regulatory compliance.
  • Skilled in financial management systems and ERP software.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with both financial and technical teams effectively.

Specific Duties (aligned with EnergyKarma):

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Capture financial needs for tokenization, trading, and management.
• Design and Documentation: Create workflows for billing, invoicing, and secure transaction processes.
• Testing and Validation: Develop test cases, support user acceptance testing, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ongoing Support: Provide post-implementation support and update financial process documentation as needed.
