The intent of this Request for Proposal is to obtain an agreement with one or more firms to provide flight training instruction services for students of Miami Dade College (the “College” or “MDC”). This bid (RFP) is open to any FAA Part 141 approved flight schools only (within the geographical boundaries specified) that is not classified as an accredited institution of higher learning by the State of Florida.

Services may be provided at the following locations:
• Miami Executive Airport (KTMB)
• Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport
• Miami Homestead General Aviation Airport
