Description

“The goal of this project is to reduce the energy consumption and improve the operation of equipment
through modifications to the operating schedules, controls sequences, addition of variable speed drives,
and making repairs. A recommissioning investigation has been conducted by an engineering consultant
where several recommissioning measures in a form of Excel spreadsheet master list of findings “MLF” was
developed. Each building has its own MLF where the detailed scope of work corresponding to each of the
recommissioning measure is provided.
