Description

This Request for Proposal is being issued by Humber to obtain Proposals from Proponent(s) to secure a General Contractor to provide services and management to successfully build-out two (2) new retail tenant spaces within the College at the North Campus.
Separate packages are being issued for each tenant as each unit is independent of the other, and they have developed their own design standards and specifications. ATA Architects as base building consultant responsible for the overall area and renovation project, is issuing the drawings. Proponents will be required to submit separate pricing for each tenant space. Humber reserves the right to award the project to one GC for both units, or to split the work between two (2) qualified contractors..
