The FNSB is soliciting proposals from qualified firms/individuals to lease the former Newby Park property under FNSB ownership. The selected Lessee will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving the structures and land, for the purpose of operating a quality recreational facility benefitting the residents of the Fairbanks North Star Borough. Work and operating status of the facility will be completed based on the proposed schedule provided by the Lessee.
