Description:

           THE CITY OF LAS CRUCES IS SEEKING PROPOSALS FROM QUALIFIED FIRMS INTERESTED IN ENTERING AN AGREEMENT FOR AN UTILITIES RATE REVIEW CONSULTANT.

           The respondent will have extensive knowledge in utility revenue requirement, cost of service, rate design and provide proof of expertise. The respondent will have extensive knowledge of industry accepted rate review methodologies and provide proof of expertise. The respondent will exercise due diligence in its analyses of the data provided by the LCU Departmental staff. The rates derived from the rate review shall adhere to the Financial Criteria as approved by the LCU Board and included in this RFP as Attachment “A.”
