             THE CITY OF LAS CRUCES IS SOLICITING PROPOSALS FROM QUALIFIED FIRMS INTERESTED IN ENTERING INTO AN AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR THE CREATION OF THE METROPOLITAN REDEVELOPMENT AREA (MRA) PLAN AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.

             The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit sealed responses to establish a contract through competitive responses for the procurement of professional services for the creation of a MRA plan for the West Picacho Corridor only as defined by the Metropolitan Redevelopment Code (NMSA 1978, § 3-60A-8 (1979)) on behalf of the City of Las Cruces, NM.
