The City of Eastpointe is soliciting proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants to audit financial statements for the City of Eastpointe and its component units. This audit is to be performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and, if single audit is applicable, the provisions of the federal Single Audit Act of 1996 and U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-133, Audits of States, Local Governments, and Non-Profit Organizations.
