Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit professional services to assess the feasibility, function, and development of conceptional strategies for a Community Land Trust (CLT) to aid our local community. The City of Aspen has been awarded a grant from the Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) Strong Communities Planning Grant Program for a consultant to provide these services.
