The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to identify and retain a qualified Contractor to provide as-needed professional City-Wide Fleet Electrification Management Services to the City of Albany. MWBE-Certified vendors are encourages to submit proposals.

The ensuing contract for these services and provision of materials will commence in or about the Effective Date, and will terminate on December 31, 2027, with two (2) one-year (1) extension periods.

RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS:

Proposers may submit Proposals by mail, hand delivery, or electronically via BidNetDirect.com no later than Friday, April 5, 2024 at 2:00 pm. If a Proposer chooses to submit a Proposal by mail or hand delivery, then four (4) copies of the Proposal must be received in a sealed envelope marked “Proposal Enclosed – RFP 2024-11 City-Wide Fleet Electrification Management Services” at the address below. If a Proposal is more than 20 pages in length, please include an electronic version of the Proposal, for example, on a flash drive or compact disc (CD).
