Summary:
MenschForce LLC is seeking a skilled Full Stack Software Developer for the EnergyKarma project, a cutting-edge energy trading platform powered by blockchain and IoT technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing web applications, ensuring seamless user interactions, and integrating backend services to enhance EnergyKarma’s digital trading experience.Responsibilities:

• Frontend Development:
  • Design and implement responsive user interfaces with a focus on performance and usability.
  • Work with frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js to create dynamic front-end components.
• Backend Development:
  • Develop robust backend services and APIs using technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
  • Ensure secure and efficient data flow between the application and database, utilizing RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Database Management:
  • Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring data consistency, optimization, and security.
  • Perform database schema design, indexing, and query optimization to maintain high application performance.
• System Integration:
  • Integrate third-party services, IoT data sources, and blockchain components to support real-time energy trading and monitoring.
  • Ensure seamless interoperability between application components and external services.
• Testing and Debugging:
  • Conduct unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure high-quality code and system reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring a smooth user experience and platform stability.
• Collaboration and Documentation:
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to translate requirements into functional applications.
  • Document system architecture, workflows, and processes to support ongoing maintenance and scalability.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of full stack development experience, with a strong portfolio of web applications.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Solid backend experience with Node.js, Python, or Java.
  • Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
  • Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) for deployment and scaling.
  • Knowledge of API integration, authentication, and security best practices.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with blockchain integration and data security practices.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
