Job Description

Summary:
We are looking for a Machine Learning and Automation Engineer to join the cutting-edge EnergyKarma project, powered by Sonicorn, at MenschForce LLC. This role is crucial in building and deploying machine learning models and automation processes that improve the EnergyKarma platform's efficiency, accuracy, and scalability, combining expertise in machine learning, AI, and RPA.Responsibilities:

• Machine Learning Model Development:
  • Design and deploy machine learning models to optimize energy trading strategies.
  • Use advanced algorithms to predict market trends and improve trading performance.
• Automation with RPA:
  • Implement automation solutions using RPA tools to streamline tasks like billing, invoicing, and data entry.
  • Develop efficient workflows for enhanced operational processes.
• Data Analysis and Processing:
  • Collect and process large datasets from IoT sensors, energy production sites, and trading activities.
  • Prepare data for training and validating machine learning models.
• Blockchain and IoT Integration:
  • Integrate AI and blockchain for secure transactions and utilize IoT data for monitoring and optimizing energy production.
• System Testing and Validation:
  • Create and execute test plans to validate model accuracy and reliability.
  • Support system testing and troubleshooting to resolve issues in AI and automation.
• Collaboration and Documentation:
  • Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and analysts to align AI and automation initiatives with business goals.
  • Document workflows, models, and processes, generating reports to monitor performance and impact.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on the latest machine learning, AI, and automation advancements, continuously enhancing processes based on feedback and industry trends.

Specific Duties (aligned with EnergyKarma):

• AI and IoT Integration: Build AI models for predicting energy consumption and production patterns.
• Data Collection and Processing: Set up IoT devices for data collection and prepare data for model development.
• Real-Time Analytics: Implement analytics to provide insights into trading strategies, with dashboards for data visualization.
• Blockchain Integration: Develop smart contracts to automate energy token issuance based on production data.
• System Testing and Validation: Perform user acceptance testing to ensure model and automation accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in machine learning and automation engineering.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch) and RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, and Java, with knowledge of blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Hyperledger).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and IoT sensors and data collection methods.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Effective collaboration and communication across multidisciplinary teams.
