Summary:
MenschForce LLC is seeking an experienced AI Network Architect for the EnergyKarma project—a forward-thinking energy trading platform powered by Sonicorn. This role is critical for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven network infrastructures, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions.Responsibilities:

• Architecture Design: Develop scalable AI infrastructure and network architectures that support machine learning models and deep learning frameworks.
• Network Optimization: Optimize network performance for AI workloads, ensuring low latency, high throughput, and efficient data transfer.
• Integration: Seamlessly integrate AI solutions with existing IT infrastructure, including cloud platforms, data centers, and edge computing environments.
• Security: Establish and enforce security protocols to protect AI networks and data, mitigating vulnerabilities.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor network performance metrics, implementing enhancements for improved efficiency.
• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation for AI network architectures, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Collaboration: Work closely with AI researchers, data scientists, software developers, and IT teams for effective deployment and maintenance.
• Additional Responsibilities:
  • Conduct peer reviews and analyses for AI system compatibility.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and clients to understand AI infrastructure requirements.
  • Develop Enterprise Architecture blueprints, aligned with server stacks.
  • Oversee test plans, supporting quality testing for AI infrastructures.
  • Implement Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Microservices, AI, and Blockchain integration strategies.
  • Design infrastructure for Incident, Change, and RAID Management within AI ecosystems.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred).
• Experience: 7+ years in network architecture, with at least 3 years focused on AI infrastructure design and implementation.
• Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in network design principles, routing, switching, and protocols.
  • Proficiency with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices.
  • Familiarity with data center design, edge computing, and security protocols.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment.
• Preferred Certifications: Cisco CCNA/CCNP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect.
