The Board of Education of the Rye Neck Union Free School District, Mamaroneck, New York, hereby invites the submission of sealed proposals for the following:

In-House Therapeutic and Professional Development Services

Proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes marked ” In-House Therapeutic and Professional Development Services” on the outside. Proposals will be received until 10:00am on Friday, April 12, 2024 by Carolyn Mahar (or her duly designated representative), Rye Neck Union Free School District, Business Office, 310 Hornidge Road, Mamaroneck, NY 10543; Phone: (914) 777-5210; Fax: (914) 777-5201. Specifications and proposal forms may be obtained at www.bidnet.com or from the district Business Office. The proposer assumes the risk of any delay in the mail, or in the handling of the mail by employees of the Rye Neck Union Free School District, as well as improper hand delivery.

Proposals will be opened on the stated date but will not be read aloud. There will be no discussion at the time of the opening of the proposals. The names of the proposing firms shall be available following the proposal opening. Proposals shall be irrevocable for a minimum period of forty-five (45) days from the date of proposal opening. Alterations to said proposals must be submitted in writing. Consideration shall be given only to those alterations, which may be caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the firm submitting said proposal. The Purchasing Agent or his/her designee shall make such determination. The Rye Neck School Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals that it considers not to be in the best interest of the school district. Incomplete proposals may not be considered.
